1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any service provided on the avc8 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any supplementary policies, rules, or guidelines published on this website from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of avc8.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between avc8 and the user with respect to the use of this platform, superseding any prior agreements or representations. avc8 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use avc8, you must meet the following eligibility criteria in full. avc8 reserves the right to request verification documents at any stage to confirm compliance.

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
• You must be a resident accessing this platform from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activities are not expressly prohibited.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have had a previous avc8 account closed for fraudulent activity or breach of these terms.
• You may hold only one registered account on avc8. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed, with funds forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Verification

When you register an account with avc8, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

KYC Verification

avc8 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or when we have reason to verify your identity. This process may involve submitting a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Security

You must keep your password secure and must not share your account details with any third party. avc8 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. avc8 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the user has failed to maintain adequate security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

avc8 supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may be updated periodically.

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major Visa/Mastercard cards.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the avc8 account holder. Third-party withdrawal requests will be declined.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 1-3 business days but may vary depending on volume and verification status. avc8 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider.
• avc8 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the account activity appears unusual or suspicious.

avc8 does not charge internal transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Please check with your bank or mobile financial service provider for applicable fees.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

avc8 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements and conditions detailed at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal can be made. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the full rollover obligation is met. avc8 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period.

Bonus Abuse

avc8 has a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to: collusion, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet rollover obligations, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, avc8 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings and to close the account immediately, without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules & Betting

All games and betting markets available on avc8 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or game malfunction, avc8 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period. Players will be notified and affected stakes refunded.
• Bet results for cricket markets (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup events) are determined by the official scores published by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. In case of ambiguity, avc8's decision is final.
• avc8 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts, maximum winnings, and access to specific markets or games for any user at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

7. Responsible Gaming

avc8 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, or government-imposed restrictions.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

avc8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including providing false registration information, engaging in fraudulent activity, or abusing the bonus system.
• Suspected money laundering, collusion with other players, or any other form of fraudulent conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe, or provision of false or misleading verification documents.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration. avc8's final decision on any dispute regarding game outcomes, bonus calculations, or account status shall be binding, subject only to the arbitration process.
